This page describes the planned launch mechanics. Enrollment remains closed until the legal sponsor, terms, privacy, authentication, production database, and staff controls are approved.
Registration
First name, verified email, Membership Terms, and Privacy Notice are required. Phone is optional at registration but must be verified before phone lookup or reward redemption. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Friend Pass
A recognized paid visit with at least $50 in eligible spend creates one Friend Pass equal to 5% of eligible spend, with a $5 minimum and $10 maximum. It is for one registered first-time guest spending at least $50.
Expiration and ownership
An unclaimed pass expires 60 days after issue. Once claimed, it is locked to that guest and expires 30 days after claim. The earning member cannot use their own pass. One pass may be used per order or table visit.
Bring Two
One member and at least two unique first-time guests must dine together. Every benefit requires two new guests and $150 in eligible table spend. There is no monthly member cap. Each guest can qualify as new only once.
Benefit and alcohol boundary
The launch benefit is a selected starter, dessert, or zero-proof item. Complimentary alcohol is not part of the public offer. Any later sake or wine member price requires operational and legal approval and may not be less than 50% of its regular price.
Eligible spend and exclusions
Eligible spend is paid, non-voided, non-refunded full-price item subtotal after other discounts and before tax, gratuity, service charges, or fees. Gift cards, Happy Hour, prix fixe, employee discounts, and other excluded promotions do not stack.
Verification and corrections
A registration, invitation, reservation click, or booking is not a successful referral. Only a recognized paid visit qualifies. Duplicate events, self-referrals, reused first-time guests, reversed orders, and attempted stacking may be rejected; corrections remain in the audit history.
