Opening-list enrollment

When you join the opening list, Sora Siam collects your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also retain the signup page, campaign tags and consent-notice version so we can understand how the list grows and honor the request.

We use this information for confirmed opening news, menu previews, selected music announcements and reservation access. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email. Opening-list enrollment does not create a SORA Insider account or verify a restaurant visit.

Guest-care email

When you email a published Sora Siam address, we process sender details, subject, message and standard email metadata to answer and route the request. Please do not send payment-card information or sensitive documents.

An automated system may classify a message and prepare or send a reply using verified restaurant information. Contact details, payment-like numbers and street-address lines are removed before message text is sent to the AI classification provider. Attachments are not opened by the automated system. Decisions, confirmations and sensitive judgment are routed to an authorized restaurant administrator.

Events and catering

Large-party, private-event and catering inquiries may create an internal printed ticket and a summary for the restaurant administrator after necessary details are collected. An automated acknowledgment is not a confirmed reservation, availability decision, menu, price or contract.

Use, providers and retention

Sora Siam uses service providers to host and protect the site, store opening-list requests, deliver email and operate guest care. Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal obligations and suppression of future messages after an unsubscribe request. Sora Siam does not sell guest information or use it for behavioral advertising.

Site delivery and analytics

Hosting providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and protect the site. The site does not add advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics is enabled, it records page and action events without including the email address submitted in the opening-list form.
