Sora Siam is not presenting two separate menus. Thai flavor, Japanese precision, controlled aging and a bar built for the food belong to one restaurant experience.

Thai specialties bring heat, herbs and smoke. Japanese knife work and exact temperature guide the sashimi program. Final dishes will be named only when the opening menu is complete.
Dry-aged fish and dry-aged steak are confirmed parts of the Sora Siam food program. Aging is used to develop texture, aroma and umami, with exact cuts and timelines still to be announced.
